Growing up, I was always drawn to both technology and human potential. This dual interest led me through my PhD in Computer Science to leading data science teams across healthcare, retail, marketing, and AI startups.

But my journey wasn't just about advancing technology—it was about the people behind it.

Finding Purpose Beyond Corporate Success

Throughout my corporate career, I found success leading data science teams and implementing AI solutions across various industries. Even though I enjoyed solving real-world problems, I felt something was missing. While I took pride in mentoring my team members and watching them develop, I wanted to make a wider impact—to help more people navigate the challenging intersection of technology and career satisfaction.

I also realised that the corporate environment rarely allowed me to use my full range of talents. My background spanning healthcare, retail, marketing, and AI gave me a unique perspective, but traditional roles often limited me to using just a small portion of these skills.

The Human Side of AI Transformation

Through my work, I met many talented experts struggling to adapt as AI transformed their industries. A healthcare professional with decades of experience told me they felt their expertise was becoming "outdated" with new technologies. Today, I've moved beyond corporate boundaries to focus on helping businesses implement AI solutions that deliver real results while guiding professionals to advance their careers in this changing economy. This path allows me to make the broader impact I've always wanted and to fully use my varied skills and talents.

My work covers implementation frameworks, strategic guidance, and personalised coaching, and group workshops and courses—all with one aim: helping others succeed in a world where technology, industry expertise, business strategy, and personal values need to work together.
